Lots going on around here...

LOTS of fun and exciting projects going around these neck of the "woods" {or swampland in my case}!! There are going to be some MAJOR changes to come VERY soon here at Flashing Lights, so stay tuned. I'm super excited!!

Moving on...

I've been working on some projects for work. Inspiration started here...
{**sidenote there's a BEAUTIFUL Tallahassee home featured in this issue of Southern Living. The other day, I was buying Chicken Salad at Fresh Market for lunch and I came back bragging that I saw a "Local Celebrity" over lunch. When asked who it was, I easily replied, "um only the girl whose parents' home is featured in the February issue of Southern Living." Needless to say, eyes rolled, I laughed and secretly felt cool!!

What the HECK is this?? Well its a barometer to monitor our participant recruitment for a certain campaign we're working on. I get it. Nobody really cares what I do at work. I wouldn't either if I were you. But there's a reason I posted this. My co-worker didn't want to make the barometers herself {Hines its your project...get with it}. So she's bribing us to help. The winner of the best barometer wins a free monogrammed beach towel. Well, I am EXTREMELY competitive. In it to win it. So I went to TOWN and spent 3 hours on the sucker. I better win:). Hey, we're "just doing it for the kids."
