You may think I'm crazy for doing a giveaway every week, but to be honest with you, I'm having A LOT of fun with it. Now, I'm always on the lookout for fun things to give away. I guess you could say that my perspective is a little bit different now!!
Anyway, this week's giveaway isn't quite as fabulous as last week's, but I'm really kind of jealous of the winner because I'ld like to have this for myself!! My sister has asked me TWICE what the prize is this week because I was on the phone with her when I bought it and she wants to win it {even though she doesn't know what it is exactly}. I told her she's just going to have to wait like everyone else. Well wait no more, because here it is!! Keep reading for the rules of the contest.
Ok, so this week's contest works just like last week's except there is a twist added. Here are the rules:
1. To qualify, you MUST leave a comment with your email address on this post. If you feel strange about posting your email address for everyone to see, you can send it to my email {rachel.machen@gmail.com}, but you still need to post a comment. This week, I'ld like to hear about what is on your Spring Wish List {whether its clothes, accessories, home decor, etc. ...I don't care what, I just want to hear!!}.
2.To increase your odds of winning, you can become a follower of my blog. To make this fair, I will cross reference the followers with the commenters. I will assign a comment number to each follower, so when I go to www.random.org, you will be entered 2 times {one for your comment and two for becoming a follower}.
3. Only one comment per person will be counted, but keep them coming because I can't wait to read them!!
4. Another way to increase your odds will be to bring someone new to the blog. I'll give you an extra vote if a comment lists that you referred this person.
5. One last way to increase your chances is if you are actually new to the blog {or I haven't heard from you before}. Include that in there and you'll get an extra vote.
6. The contest closes Friday, March 12 2010 at 6pm Eastern time.
7. The lucky winner receives this adorable necklace that I've had to resist wearing myself!!

What is NOT on my spring wish list? I am in the market for a JOB first and foremost. But we are in desperate need of a new comforter. I, of course, want to get some sort of down, or alternate, and a duvet cover so that it would save me having to take it to the cleaners but chad thinks they are too hot, but the one we have now is just a regular and it totally hot too. So i'm thinking just a coverlet but I haven't found one that has caught my eye yet. If you come across one- let me know! We have a king bed and the frame/headboard is "espresso." I'm looking for something light and bright. Chad can get over it. Haha. Other than that of course i'm on the look out for the latest and greatest fashions. My spring wish list includes all things baby - cute pregnancy clothes - fabric that I will fall in love with for the baby's room - and warmer weather for much needed beach time. I love the necklace!
